Hog Dog steamers keep your precooked dogs or sausages warm and buns fresh.  Not recommended for cooking.  These units are only meant as a holding/merchandising solution. It only reaches up to 175 degrees and does not actually cook the product. The steam helps ensure that your hot dogs stay juicy and palatable for customers throughout the day’s service.  Pre-Cooking is required
