Trencher, Large- Barreto 24″* (8hr day) - $161 per day / $104 per 4 hours

This is THE trencher for our rocky Northwest Connecticut soil.  It will dig a 4″ wide trench to 24″ deep, and throws the soil to one side so you can re-fill when you’re done.  Drain lines, drain trenches, burying utility lines and seasonal water lines…..all perfect jobs for this beast.  This will not load into a pickup or similar vehicle due to its design, so bring a trailer or we can rent you a tilt trailer for a small additional cost to ease transportation (2″ ball hitch required).

Safety Note:   Be sure to have all utility lines clearly marked before using the Ditch Witch.  We recommend calling CALL BEFORE YOU DIG prior to any digging or underground work to have lines properly located to avoid any danger to lines or the operator.  A TWO WORKING DAY advance notice is required for this free service.
