I authorize Expert Rental to use the above listed credit card for payment of party and special event rental items. This payment correlates to the estimate/contract number listed above as of the submission date, and is for the amount listed above. This total may be for more than the rental total, and include other charges such as security deposits, and delivery charges. There is NO refund on any charges other than security deposits.

Any difference in amount paid and final total will convert to a security deposit upon delivery or receipt of order. Your security deposit will be refunded on pick up or return of all rental items in the manner outlined on our party delivery and instruction sheets.

-Expert Rental RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE DELIVERIES DUE TO POOR WEATHER CONDITIONS OR ICE AND SNOW COVERED DRIVEWAYS AND WALKS
