Please fill out this form completely if you wish to use your credit card to reserve scaffolding for rental. Submission of this form does NOT guarantee that this payment will be processed, or that items are reserved. NO Submission should be considered paid and reserved until processed and you receive confirmation from Expert Rental. This may be either by phone or by e-mail, and may take up to 48 hours. If you need to contact us immediately, please call us during our regular store hours, Weekdays from 8-5, Saturdays from 7:30-5 or Sunday from 7:30-12 noon to discuss your order with one of our sales representatives.

Pre-paid reservations are for the minimum rental charge of one weeks rental. If you wish to rent these items for longer than that please let our representative know when they call to confirm your reservation and upon pickup.

5' Ladder Type End Frame Quantity
Each 60" wide x 60" tall end frame is half 4 position ladder and half pass through.

6' Walk Through End Frame (6"6" tall) Quantity
This end frame is for use when people need to be able to pass through your work area. They have a 72" tall opening with a 6'6" total height

Crossbrace Quantity
7' X-Style Scaffold Diagonal Brace. This is the piece that goes between your end frames, and is needed in pairs

Catwalk Quantity
Catwalks are the pieces that you stand on or they can be used as a work shelf area as well. Each catwalk is the full 7' in length and has hooks that lock onto the end frames. 3 catwalks make a full width.

Flat Feet Quantity
At a minimum of 4"x4" these feet provide a stable base for underneath your bottom section. 2 feet are needed for each bottom end frame.
-It is required that at least 1 type of footing be taken either flat feet, casters, or adjustable feet

Adjustable Feet Quantity
These feet allow for scaffolding erection on uneven terrain. Adjustable feet can be used in combination with flat feet. Outriggers are highly recommended for ALL rentals with adjustable feet.
-It is required that at least 1 type of footing be taken either flat feet, casters, or adjustable feet

Caster Quantity
These wheels allow for scaffolding towers to be rolled on a hard surface such as a wood floor or concrete. 2 Casters are needed for each bottom end frame, castering more than 1 section long is not recommended. At least 4 Outriggers are required for ALL rentals with casters.
-It is required that at least 1 type of footing be taken either flat feet, casters, or adjustable feet

Outriggers Quantity
Outriggers brace your scaffolding and give your setup a bigger "footprint" and help prevent tip over.
-Outriggers are required in many different situations that include but are not limited to, anytime casters are used, or when scaffolding is to be set at more than 2 sections tall. Outriggers are also highly recommended anytime adjustable legs are in use.

Safety Cage Quantity
This 12 piece system creates a 42" tall protective cage around the top "working" section of scaffolding for protection against falling off of the edge.
-Safety cages are highly recommended for all scaffolding rentals

The total listed above is only MAY NOT be for the full and final rental/sale total. Other charges may/will include security deposits, OSHA certified safety and information packets, state sales tax, and/or other hardware deemed necessary for safe operation. This may include but is not limited to any additional hardware listed above.

There are NO refunds on any charges processed for reservation.
