RENTAL & SALES REPRESENTATIVE
FULL TIME
Position available to start immediately. Applicants from diverse work backgrounds and experience are encouraged to apply. No prior rental knowledge is needed. We will provide on-the-job training. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ REQUIRED SKILLS
Main job duties will include waiting on customers, answering phone calls, processing customer orders, light equipment maintenance and equipment check-in/check-out. Being mechanically inclined with a previous knowledge of construction, lawn & garden equipment AND/OR Party & special event planning or management is ideal but not necessary. Must be organized and able to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
You must be able to work a flexible schedule (40+ hours per week including weekends as needed. Our store hours are from 8-5 Monday-Saturday & 8-12 on Sunday. ). Must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is also a plus. Able to lift 70lbs. This position is primarily an “in house” position though may assist the road delivery crews as needed.

SPECIAL EVENT DELIVERY & INSTALLATION CREW
You’ll be working as part of our team in a family environment, assisting with delivery, tent installations and working with our customers to meet Litchfield County’s tool and party rental needs. Your day will be diverse, duties varied and there’s a lot to learn. Some knowledge of tools and equipment, light mechanical ability or trade experience would be helpful but not necessary. We are happy to train anyone who demonstrates a commitment to hard work and reaching for new opportunities. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is also a plus.
FULL-TIME POSITIONS
Full-time positions are generally Monday thru Friday with occasional weekends, as needed, though other schedules may be able to be accommodated just ask.
PART TIME POSITIONS
Our part-time positions would be full days – available on either a “fixed day” or “as needed” schedule.
SEASONAL FULL-TIME POSITIONS
Start times available from mid-March to June and can run until end of August to October based on your schedule. College and High School students over 18 years old are encouraged to apply. No prior experience is required.
