Bounce House Terms and Conditions

With the submission of this form a $50 deposit May be Held on the Credit card listed above. If Processed this deposit will hold one 13'x13' bounce house for the event date listed above. There is NO REFUND on this charge if processed. The following terms and conditions apply to Bounce House Rentals

-Weekend event rentals are from 8:00am on Friday through 4:00 Monday, Midweek Rentals are from 8:00 Tuesday through 11:00 Thursday. If you have any questions about the these timeframes and the timing of your event please call us BEFORE you complete and submit this form.

-The $50 Non Refundable Deposit that was paid to confirm this reservation, amount applies towards this bounce house rental only and is not transferable.

-Bounce House Rental Price is $205 + $13.02 Sales Tax= $218.02 Total

-Rental Balance Due on Pickup is $168.02

-A $60 CASH Deposit is due on pickup,

-Return the Bounce House in the bag, with all the parts, and on time, to receive a refund of your $60 deposit.

-Overtime charges of 15%/day accrue after 4pm Monday.

-In Case of Rain Your Booking Deposit will be Refunded or Rental Rescheduled As Available. Refund or Reschedule Decisions will only be made on the day of rental by phone or in person. You MUST contact us THAT DAY to make arrangements.

-Once the Bounce House is picked up there will be NO Refunds

-You will need a CLEAN and EMPTY Pick Up, SUV, Wagon, Van or small trailer to transport this item.

DO-IT-YOURSELF TENT Terms and conditions

With the submission of this form a $50 initial payment May be Held on the Credit card listed above. If Processed this initial payment will hold one Do-It-Yourself Tent for the event date listed above of the selected size. If you would like multiple tents, separate submissions are required for each one. There is NO REFUND on this charge if processed. The following terms and conditions apply to ALL Do-It-Yourself tent rentals.

-The $50 Non Refundable Initial Payment that was paid to confirm this reservation, amount applies towards this Do-It-Yourself tent rental only and is not transferable.

-Rental balance is due on pickup. Due to Logistical reasons Do-It-Yourself tenting can not be delivered. This is the cost of the rental, plus tax, minus the $50 initial payment)
-16’x16’~~$225 + $14.29 (tax) - $50(initial payment) = $189.29 (balance due on pickup)
-20’x20’~~$245 + $15.56 (tax) - $50(initial payment) = $210.56 (balance due on pickup)
-20’x30’~~$275 + $17.46 (tax) - $50(initial payment) = $242.46 (balance due on pickup)
-20’x40’~~$320 + $20.32 (tax) - $50(initial payment) = $290.32 (balance due on pickup)

-A $60 CASH Security Deposit is also due on pickup, this will be returned ONLY if this tent is returned: ON TIME, DRY, and IN THE BAG, WITH ALL THE STAKES, ROPES AND POLES. Proper number of stakes and poles are noted on each bag. Please count carefully and remove any ribbons or flags from ropes before return.

-Weekend event rentals are from 8:00am on Friday through 4:00pm Monday. If you have any questions about this time frame and the timing of your event please call us BEFORE you complete and submit this form. ** If the tent is wet Please leave it up and let it dry before striking and folding the canopy. It is fine to return the tent once it is DRY on Monday, or Tuesday. If the tent is still wet on Wednesday, please return in any case by NOON. Tents not returned after Wednesday noon are subject to overtime.

-NO COOKING IS ALLOWED UNDER OR WITHIN 50’ OF OUR PARTY TENTS.

-NO CREPE PAPER, FLOWERS OR OTHER DECORATIONS MAY BE ATTACHED TO TENTING AS THEY MAY BLEED DYE INTO THE TENT TOP.

-FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES WILL RESULT IN FORFEIT OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

I authorize Expert Rental to use the above listed credit card for my initial payment to book and hold party and special event rental items. This payment correlates to the estimate number listed above as of the submission date, and is for the amount listed above. This payment is to confirm your order and is NOT refundable.

Payment of the full contract amount is due 14 days prior to event date (unless otherwise noted on estimate) by CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK or CREDIT/DEBIT card (cards must be presented at our store location by card owner). No refunds will be made after final payment. Additions to your order will be accommodated based on inventory availability.

With the submission of this form a $25 per unit initial payment May be Held on the Credit card listed above. If processed this initial payment will hold ONLY the concession machine rentals of the style and quantity selected, for the event date listed above. There is NO REFUND on this charge if processed. The following terms and conditions apply to this rental

-Weekend event rentals are from 8:00am on Friday through 5:00 Monday, Midweek Rentals are from 8:00 Tuesday through 11:00 Thursday. If you have any questions about these timeframes and the timing of your event please call us BEFORE you complete and submit this form.

-The $25 PER UNIT Non Refundable Initial Payment that was paid to confirm this reservation, amount applies towards the rental for the event date listed above only and is not transferable. ($25 initial payment per machine applies to each unit individually. If you reserve 2 units and cancel 1 at a later date the $25 initial payment for the canceled unit is forfeited and will NOT be applied toward the remaining rentals or resale of supplies)

-Concession Rental Pricing per unit is $65 + $4.13 Sales Tax= $69.13 Total

-Rental Balance Due on Pickup is $44.13 per unit.

-Supplies are available at additional cost. We carry many supplies for our concession rental machines. If you would like us to set aside supplies for this rental please discuss this with one of our rental representatives when your reservation is confirmed OR let us know approximately how many servings you will need for each style of machine in the NOTES section of this form.

-Overtime charges apply after closing Monday.

-Once the Units are picked up there will be NO Refunds

-All pricing listed is for Tables and Bars only. No additional runner, chairs or other items are included.
