Proofing / Warming Cabinets 4′ - $55

When working off site, we try to stay away from any appliances that require power, something that is normally in short supply.   Proofing cabinets are the simple answer.   They can hold food to @ 140 degrees by placing sterno cans inside, or add block or dry ice to keep salads or desserts cool.  The 4′ cabinet holds a maximum of 7 full size sheet pans (not included).
