Authorized individual must be available to sign for receipt of items when they arrive.

Delivery and Pickup of rented items will be to the driveway of listed address.

I Understand that whether I choose to have physical instruction on the rented unit or not, that the operators manual for the unit I am renting is available on this website (www.expertrentalct.com) on the specific item pages linked above

I also authorize Expert Rental to use the above listed credit card for rental and delivery that I have selected and or for any other unforeseen charges that may accrue such as, but not limited to, Cleaning, Overtime, Loss, Damage, Repair, Sales, and/or Additional Labor as per rental agreement, and/or delivery sheet. I acknowledge that there are NO REFUNDS of this amount if processed.
